| "On behalf of the Colorado Horse Rescue, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dave Frank for introducing us to FORCO products & services. Colorado Horse Rescue is a 5013C non-profit organization dedicated to the humane treatment and adoption of horses that would otherwise face an uncertain future. In our interventions, we try to maximize benefits to the horse, to its adopting owner, and to our mission. To these ends, we obtain legal ownership of donated and impounded horses. We also participate in the rescue of horses involved in neglect and cruelty cases as well as horses involved in emergencies and natural disasters. Although some of the horses we receive are perfectly healthy, a large portion of our horses are severely debilitated upon arrival to our facility. We began using FORCO feed supplement in 2004 with amazing results. We conducted a study tracking the weights of five different horses on a weekly basis for two months. All of the horses involved in the study gained weight and had improved body conditions. Using this fabulous product has allowed us to maintain optimum health and nutrition for all of our horses. Results can be noticed almost immediately. Our horses gain weight quickly, and have shiny healthy coats. During our first year of FORCO use we have only had one instance of colic. This is an incredible statistic, considering we have an average of forty horses on our farm, some with extreme medical conditions. Our most recent success story is of an 18 yr old thoroughbred gelding named Sky. We credit the FORCO product with helping to save his life. Sky came to us through animal control as a starvation case. When Sky arrived at our facility he weighed 822 pounds. A horse his size generally weighs 1200-1300 pounds. We immediately started his new feeding program with 3 ounces of FORCO twice a day. Because of Sky’s extreme malnutrition he also had severe abscesses in all four feet. We were unsure if he would survive, but with the help of FORCO and his extreme will to live, he is now happy, healthy and ready for adoption.
